We are the ones who get it all done; the laundry, groceries, presentations, virtual learning, event coordinator-- so many hats!
But where is there room for you to be you? Do you find that waking up each morning feels simultaneously overwhelming with what you need to accomplish and also underwhelming with what fuels your passion.

You’re so not alone, in fact, that I have been able to create an entire coaching practice for women who feel exactly like you do. As a mom to three amazing kids, I was once living for the needs of everyone except myself.
My mission is to empower others who feel stuck, unsure how to stop merely surviving and begin whole-heartedly thriving.
When we don’t make space for ourselves and our needs, we suffer not only physically, becoming out of shape and tired out, we suffer emotionally and spiritually as well becoming depressed, anxious and drained. We often worry that by making time for ourselves, it will become one more thing on the to-do list.
The good news is, you will gain more than you lose...
You will gain your confidence. You'll feel healthy and vibrant. Your clothes will fit better. You'll sit up straighter. You'll love your body. You'll have more energy. You will be able to embrace wholehearted living and it won't feel forced or fake because THIS is how you are meant to be living!

Committing to a healthier lifestyle is more than just lifting weights or improving your eating habits. We will explore the synchronicities in all three areas of your being; physical, mental and spiritual health. My commitment is to provide you with accountability, understanding and support in achieving wholeness.
I know it can be intimidating to seek change in life. Often when we think of "getting healthy" we imagine diets and intense workouts. It might interest you to know, I do not believe in deprivation. I think that aggressive life changes set us up for failure. Instead, I want to help you ease into your ideal lifestyle gradually, folding in new habits that are simply truer to your personal goals.
